Kava Cabana Bar is a chef-driven, pet-friendly Kava Bar, Wine Bar, and Eatery located in the heart of the Historic Cocoa Village. They offer inside and outside patio seating, themed gatherings, tea parties, and pet friendly events. In addition, they also offer special ordered baked goods, on-site catering, offsite catering, and venue rentals for your next event. They specialize in a delicious variety of fresh Mediterranean dishes, Kava, Kombucha, and Kratomon, homemade breads, and treats, gourmet appetizer catering, up-scale hors d’oeuvres, and finger foods for your next family gathering, wedding event, networking event, corporate event, or office meeting.

Gail has been the hospitality industry 34 years. She describes herself as a passionate foodie who loves to create new recipes and memorable events. Her passion for cooking began at the early age of 14 and accounts her love of cooking to her Nana who she says made some of the best dishes as a child. Growing up in England and the restaurant industry nurtured her passion for creating tasty dishes.

I had the most awesome night at “keep it local Brevard wine bar. Food was delicious, wine was perfect and the atmosphere was beyond fantastic!! Gail the owner could not be any more hospitable and Stormy was her usual wonderful self! I can honestly say it was one of the best nights. If you want a relaxing, enjoyable night visit this little hidden Gem in Cocoa Village!!
A true slice of heaven in the Cocoa Village! Great service, great wines and menu items, and really nice people enjoying the evening. Really a wonderful spot to wine and unwind

Hidden gem just south of Cocoa Village Keep it Local Brevard wine bar has a lovely patio outside a historic home, and it's shaded by an old oak tree with an adorable tiki bar. Dogs are welcome and even receive special treats! The staff is friendly and it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family with a cool drink and munchies. They also host private parties, and it seems like a perfect place for that purpose. Sometimes they host live music and other local events. They have an extensive selection of wine, homemade sangria, and other beverages as well as a food menu. We had the spanakopita with side Greek salad which was very nice. It's worth a visit, so stop by!

The food and service were top notch. We had the Greek salad with chicken and the spanakopita. They were so good! The salad was so tasty it did not even need dressing. My husband tried a Moscato and he said it was great too. The team working there were so friendly! They have outdoor seating too. Loved it! Always a pleasure going to this place. Fresh salads, fresh pastries, fresh faced young lady serving you, all with a beautiful outdoor patio. A good experience for a nice quiet lunch or dinner. The little yellow cottage at the edge of the village......

Keep it Local Brevard catered my event at Bobbi’s at Parkside yesterday. Gail made us look good!! My guests were dazzled by the presentation and the delightful goodies. Hands down the bacon, maple, pecan (seriously!!) cupcakes stole the show. Having Gail handle the food allowed me to focus on my event. It made a world of difference. She IS the best!!

WHAT IS KAVA?
Kava refers to both the plant and the beverage made from it. The beverage is prepared from the root of a shrub called the pepper plant, Piper methysticum, found in Polynesia, Melanesia, and Micronesia. The root is ground to a powder, which has a brownish color. The powder is then mixed with water and consumed as a beverage, without being fermented.
The intoxicating effect of Kava can alleviate the symptoms of many conditions, spanning from daily stress, anxiety disorders, to menopause.
